Yep. I’m more liberal then the next guy (apparently) but this sort of sensationalism on the part of some folks has always bugged me and leads eventually to eye-rolling and skipping on from whatever reports of badness show up.

That’s very different than “turn the AC off.” It’s not cool to trick people with fine print, but wildly exaggerating the consequences while complaining about dishonesty is kinda funny.
