Aditya Mukerjee, the Otterrific 🦦 🏳️‍🌈 (@chimeracoder) Tweeted: Ironically, because the Myers-Briggs test is *not* backed by any scientific evidence, it’s legal for employers, schools, etc. to require it even in situations where requiring medical or psychological exams would be considered discriminatory.
