So, what’s wrong with “run, hide, fight” and that’s the end of the “training”?
The company I work for is currently dropping some coin on ALICE. Including suggesting workers on one particular floor find a different place to work on one particular day because they’ll be running drills on that floor. So, it’s not just the money paid to consultants, but also other indirect costs associated with this sort of disruption and fear-mongering.
To be fair, I do acknowledge that airline pilots will occasionally trigger the oxygen masks and put the plane into an abrupt, steep dive as training for passengers. I was on such a flight just last never, so I guess we could follow their model.
