It occurs to me that without ENDLESS videos on social media of ugly behavior, this would still be us. “Oh, racism is mostly a thing of the past.” And since that ugly behavior is all we see, we STILL think racism is nothing but ugly individual behavior.

WSJ’s opinion page is generally garbage, but I thought this was interesting:
