Wow. I think there’s something to this. Would probably eliminate most political conversation from my life (along with the attendant bad feelings, possibly to be replaced by other attendant bad feelings).

This is terrible, and I’m so sorry. I was in a Harris-Teeter in Durham today, and it was pretty busy and I saw *no one* not wearing a mask. (Also, there was a cop in the store, in a mask.) I know not everyone is this obnoxious, both in the mountains and (I assume) the coast, but a few obnoxious loudmouths set the tone. As always.
