Seems accurate. Civil asset forfeiture should end. Another aspect of over-policing Black people. This makes me think of some sort of “Game of Life” board game, except the player with the black token has to play with a 4-sided die instead of the normal 6-sided. “Oh no! Police found a reefer in the car you need to get to work! Go back 4 spaces.”
