Another Afghan interpreter dead

After not hearing from him in almost 2 weeks, today we learned my spouse’s Afghan interpreter, a SIV applicant, was killed by the Taliban.

It is burdensome and shameful to have asked our veterans to bear the brunt of getting our allies out of Afghanistan.

This is terrible. This is not the way we should be, as a nation. Meanwhile, a Montana politician says he doesn’t want any Afghan refugees in his state.
